should higher standard education be free in the US?

This is an argumentative research paper of 15 pages (including the title and references page) in APA style. This research paper should be discussing the benefits and consequences of A Free Higher Standard Education in the U.S. Also, it should compare the U.S. with other countries that provide a free higher standard education. There should be 6 sources of this research (3 previous research related to the topic and 3 trusted sources from the author’s choose). Also, this research paper should contain all elements of a research paper (title, subtitle, abstract, introduction conclusion, ……etc). Nevertheless, the sources should be cited in the APA formatting style.
